Rational offers combi steamer demonstrations for school caterers

Tracy Hindry, school chef at Aldborough Primary School in Norfolk, went to a Rational CookingLive demonstration at Carrow Road, home of Norwich City Football Club. “I was astonished by how much the Rational combi steamer can do,” she says. “After the event we installed one and now we hardly ever use anything else for cooking.”
This multifunctional aspect of the SelfCookingCenter® whitefficiency® is another feature highlighted at the Rational demonstrations. It’s especially useful in schools where space is limited, since one combi steamer can be used for a whole range of cooking processes, including roasting, baking, steaming, pan frying and so on.
