Distribution agreement in Turkey
RaySearch Laboratories AB (publ.) has entered into a long-term distribution agreement with Oncotech Medical Systems in Ankara, Turkey. According to the agreement, Oncotech assumes full responsibility for the marketing, sales and service of RaySearch’s treatment planning system RayStation® on the Turkish market.
Oncotech was founded in 2014, by Mr. Ilker Çatan, who has extensive experience of the radiation therapy industry including treatment planning systems and specifically the Turkish market.

From May 16thto 19th, Oncotech participated at the National Congress of Medical Physics in Trabzon where RayStation® was introduced to the radiation therapy society in Turkey. The demonstrations of the system generated great interest from the attendees and Oncotech can already foresee a great potential for RayStation® in the Turkish radiation therapy market.
