This year, the award for 'Health-promoting Manager of the Year' goes to Henrik Bunge, CEO Björn Borg. Rejlers, together with Chef magazine, is behind the award which was awarded yesterday during the Chefgalan (Manager of the Year) at Grand Hôtel, Stockholm.

Motivation
“With a strong belief that anyone can do anything, this leader wants to create the optimal mix for his employees to be their best versions of themselves. Through coaching leadership, he helps the employees charge their batteries with training, sleep, good relations and a good diet. His leadership is characterised by clarity and frequent dialogue with the employees and includes systematic health work at both the group and individual levels where health is also woven into the business plan.”

“A company is made up of people, and these are the people who together contribute to a prosperous company. In order to be their best self, you have to feel good and it is my belief that in order to feel good, you need to eat well, exercise and sleep properly and get a good balance between private life and work. It's great fun that Chef has recognized our way of working, and we will be even more motivated to continue to work in the same spirit,” says Henrik Bunge.
