Rejlers acquires within construction and property in Finland

Rejlers Finland has acquired Insinööritoimisto R.J.Virta Oy, a technology consultancy company within HVAC, construction and automation which has operations across Finland. The company has a turnover of EUR 850,000 and will be integrated as a subsidiary of Rejlers Oy.

The operations of the acquired company encompass HVAC design, construction automation, clean room design and consultancy. Customer areas include office, hotel, spa and commercial buildings, the pharmaceutical and electronics industries, clean room and cooling systems. The company was founded in 1996.
