Rejlers acquires within Energy in Finland
Rejlers Finland Oy has acquired Antti Pitkänen Oy and Enease Oy businesses. The two acquisitions strengthen Rejlers’ competence in power grid planning as well as energy measurement services.

Strong addition to power grid planning
Antti Pitkänen Ky is one of Finland’s most well-known businesses in power grid engineering. During 40 years of operation, Antti Pitkänen has planned over 5 000 kilometres of power line. Rejlers already operates in power grid planning in Sweden and Norway, making the aqcuisition in Finland a natural complement.
”We now have a cutting edge advantage, as we are able to operate as a partner all the way from power grid planning to project supervision. The markets are also favourable for Rejlers Finland. There has been an increasing demand for this service from our customers”, says Niklas Löf, Rejlers Finland’s Service Manager for power grid services.
Continuing growth in digital energy services
Specialized in energy markets, Enease Oy provides software and consultancy services for managing energy measurement data, imbalance settlements and information exchange. The company’s services complement Rejlers’ energy measurement services and IT systems, which support the continuously transforming energy market.

The two acquisitions have a revenue of 620 000 euro all together.
