08:03 CET regarding Solicitation Memorandum and
Summons to
Meeting in relation to REC's outstanding EUR
320,000,000 6.50 per cent. subordinated unsecured
convertible bond issue 2009/2014. In accordance with
a request from the company Oslo Børs has implemented
a matching halt in
all REC instruments quoted on Oslo Børs which will
last until information
from the meeting has been published by the company.
