ROTTNEROS NOMINATING COMMITTEE ELECTED

The following persons have been elected nominating committee to Rottneros AB, noted on the Stockholm Stock Exchange O-list: Olle Grundberg, Nemus Holding AB, Torgny Prior, P&N Yield and Bengt Nordin, Chairman of the Board of Rottneros AB. The AGM will be held on 26 April 2006.
