Pagan Osborne donate a Will Aid Month to Royal Blind

This April - as part of their Charity of the Year support for Royal Blind - legal, financial and property specialist Pagan Osborne’s Edinburgh office has donated a Will Aid Month.

This means that during April, instead of asking for their usual fee for
writing or amending a basic Will, Pagan Osborne will ask for a donation
of £75 to be made to Royal Blind.

Commenting on this generous initiative, Richard Hellewell, Chief
Executive of Royal Blind said: “Many people believe that writing a Will
is complicated. It need not be with the expert help of a solicitor to
make sure that after your death your estate will pass to the people and
charities you wish to benefit. When writing or updating a current will
it is always best to seek professional legal advice. We are delighted
that Pagan Osborne in Edinburgh has chosen to donate a Will Aid Month
and I encourage everyone to take this valuable opportunity to write or
update their will, and to consider including Royal Blind as a

Legacies are an important source of income for Royal Blind and every
gift, large or small is very much appreciated. With help Royal
Blind can continue to Light up Lives.

Alan Innes, Partner and Head of the Private Client Edinburgh Team at
Pagan Osborne commented “Pagan Osborne is delighted to continue our
close working relationship with Royal Blind and we are especially
pleased to be able to not only assist the charity in fundraising but
also to be able to help more people write their wills. It really is so
important to ensure that your legal affairs are in order and are
reviewed on a regular basis. By doing this, you ensure that your assets
pass to those you wish to inherit from your estate and that your
instructions are clear.”
