member Mr. Øystein Stray Spetalen, has on July 11
purchased 725 800 shares in SD Standard Drilling
Plc at NOK 7,- per share.
After the transaction Øystein Stray Spetalen and
associated companies
have a holding of 23 071 714 shares in SD Standard
Drilling Plc corresponding to 8.81%."
