Øystein Stray Spetalen has on 8 August purchased 27
901 958 shares in Saga Tankers ASA. After the
transaction Øystein Stray Spetalen has a holding of
49 877 408 shares representing 57.48 % of the
outstanding shares in the Company.
An offer to buy the remaining shares in the Company
will be set forth in accordance with Norwegian
Securities Trading Act (Verdipapirhandelloven)
Chapter 6.
This notice is sent in accordance with Norwegian
Securities Trading Act, Section 4-2 and 6-8.
