of the Board, Mr Arne Blystad, today bought
4.374.950 shares in Saga Tankers ASA at a price per
share of 1,35.
After this transaction, companies controlled by Mr
Arne Blystad combined hold 26.279.009 shares in
Saga Tankers ASA, (30,28%).
