The Executive Vice President and CTO of SaltX Technology, Göran Bolin has per June 2, 2017, sold 159 000 B-shares (including BTA) and 135 064 warrants TO2 of his holding in SaltX Technology Holding AB. The sale, which has been registered at Finansinspektionen, was done due to personal financial reasons.

After the sale, Göran Bolin holds a total of 133 200 B-shares (including BTA) in the Company, as well as 166 000 warrants TO2 and 100 000 TO3.
