Delisting of Sanitec, with last day of trading on 27 February 2015
On 11 February 2015, Sanitec Corporation (“Sanitec” or the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has applied for delisting of the Sanitec shares from Nasdaq Stockholm.
Sanitec has now been informed that the Company’s application for delisting has been approved by Nasdaq Stockholm and that the last day of trading in the Sanitec shares on Nasdaq Stockholm will be on 27 February 2015.
