Disclosure of Significant Shareholding

In the name and on behalf of FIL Limited, P. O. Box 
HM 670, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda, (the "Investment 
Manager") we hereby notify you pursuant to STA 
Chapter 4, Section 4-1 the following:

On 24 January 2013 the shares and rights to shares in 
Schibsted ASA (the "Company") attributable to the 
Investment Manager crossed below the threshold of 
5%.  The threshold was crossed by means of sells of 
59,914.  

As a consequence, the total shareholding deemed to be 
held is 5,396,087 which represents 4.99% of the 
shares outstanding and voting rights of the Company. 

The shares and rights to shares are owned by the 
funds listed on Schedule A and are managed by the 
designated management companies which are 
undertakings controlled by the Investment Manager
