Supplement to the offer document regarding Advania’s offer to the shareholders of Caperio Holding made public
Advania Holding AB (“Advania”), a company indirectly owned by Advania Invest AB (“Advania Invest”), announced on 27 April 2017 a recommended cash offer to the shareholders of Caperio Holding AB (publ) (“Caperio”) (the “Offer”).
Advania today announced the publication of a supplement to the offer document published in connection with the Offer. The supplement includes Caperio’s interim report for January – March 2017 released on 16 May 2017 (only published in Swedish).
The offer document was made public on 4 May 2017.
