The 1st Quarter of 2018 was a strong one for Ayima, with a continuation of the solid sales performance resulting in several large new client wins in competitive pitches. Revenue continues to grow, with a 66% increase from the previous year and a return to profitability, showing a consistent upward trend.
Other important developments include two new programs aimed at staff development and retention, including the establishment of a new Training and Development program and an Employee share options scheme. Attracting and retaining highly skilled staff will be key to sustaining growth and profitability in the long term.
