HCL köper H&D International Group - ökar leveranskapaciteten i Tyskland och vässar sin expertis inom fordonssektorn globalt

Stockholm 27 juni, 2018 – IT-konsultföretaget HCL Technologies (HCL), har skrivit på ett avtal där de köper Wolfsburg-baserade IT- och teknikkonsulten H&D International Group (H&D). Köpet ligger i linje med HCLs långsiktiga tillväxtstrategi i Tyskland. Affären innebär att HCL förbättrar sin leveransverksamhet och vässar branschexpertisen inom fordonsbranschen globalt.

H&D International Group är en av Tysklands största IT-tjänsteföretag inom fordonsindustrin. Företaget har verksamhet i 20 länder, inklusive Tyskland, USA, Tjeckien och Polen. H&D är specialister på IT-infrastruktur, applikationstjänster, utveckling, Industri 4.0-relterade lösningar och har djup erfarenhet av SAP, CAx, teknikkonsulting och produktutveckling.
