Legres AB (publ) appoints Adnan Hadziosmanovic as new CFO

The Board of Directors of Legres AB (publ) has appointed Adnan Hadziosmanovic as new CFO. Adnan has long experience from financial industry and his current role is Head of Group Business Control in Marginalen AB, a position that he will retain. The position as a CFO also includes responsibility for investor relations. Adnan fills the position effective immediately.   

Before joining Marginalen Adnan had several positions in Royal Bank of Scotland such as Business Controller, Accounting Controller and Business Manager. Prior to that, he worked as Group Controller on Scania as well as Aditro.

Legres AB (publ) is parent company to the Sergel companies in the Nordics that were acquired by Marginalen Group in June 2017. The group has approximately 350 employees and consists of Sergel Kredittjänster AB in Sweden, Sergel Oy in Finland, Sergel Norge AS and Sergel A/S in Denmark. Sergel offers credit management services and clearinghouse services.
