Positiva resultat för Dymista i tre kliniska studier
Meda offentliggör i dag positiva resultat från tre studier av MP29-02 (även kallad Dymista), en unik intranasal formulering med azelastinhydroklorid och flutikasonpropionat. Den första studien visade att kontinuerlig behandling med MP29-02 under ett år tolererades väl av patienter med kronisk allergisk eller icke-allergisk rinit. Endast 2,7% av patienterna som behandlades med MP29-02 och 2,9% av patienterna som behandlades med enbart flutikasonpropionat avbröt studien på grund av en biverkan.
