NCC recruits new SVP Human Resources

NCC has recruited Erik Nilzén as new HR manager for the Property Development business area. He assumed his position on January 8, 2014.

Erik Nilzén has a long experience from various HR positions in companies with strong customer and business focus, and where HR has been strategically important to attract, keep and develop high skilled employees. He has been working close to the business to support with leadership development, employer branding, recruiting and performance management.

Erik Nilzén has previously worked at EDS, Accenture and PwC. His last position was HR manager at Setterwalls law firm. Erik Nilzén will be part of the management team of NCC Property Development.
