NEVI:s dotterbolag förvärvar två Bolag

NEVI:s dotterbolag (Power & Tower Holding AB, ägande 87,9 %) har meddelat New Equity Venture Int AB om att Bolaget ingått avtal om att förvärva två Bolag. Bolagen som förvärvats är: Power and Tower Technologies och Kerr Electrical Technologies. Bolagen bedriver verksamhet inom infrastruktur, med säte i Florida, USA. Bolagen omsatte första halvåret 2016 tillsammans cirka 956 000 USD med ett negativt EBIT-resultat 1 000 USD. Bolagen har cirka 30 medarbetare.

Förvärven genomfördes via apportemission och NEVI-koncernens ägarandel i Power & Tower Holding AB är efter utspädning 25,12 % av kapitalet från tidigare 87,9 %. Avtalet är villkorat att Power & Tower Holding AB:s revisor godkänner apportegendomen samt att extrastämman i Bolaget röster för nyemissionen. Kerr began Partnering with Power and Tower Technologies in 2015 when Power and Tower landed a contract for directional boring on the Google expansion project North America. Both companies will be focused on growth in both the Telecommunication and Electrical Services industries maximizing their relationships with companies such as Google, AT&T, Sprint, FPL, Verizon and Ericsson. The two entities will be continuing to complement each other’s growth potential as Power and Tower SA opening up Global market potentials with NEVI over the coming years.
