OmniCar’s major share owners have completed a transaction of shares to a strategic party

OmniCar Holding AB (“OmniCar”) hereby announce that four of the company’s major owners CEO Claus T. Hansen, board member Mikkel Lippmann, board member Stig Jensen and Tine Hertz, which via companies together holds a total of approximately 8,500,000 shares, have decided to sell a total of 300,000 shares to a Swedish investor. The sale of shares constitutes to approximately 3.5 percent of the selling parties total holdings in OmniCar. The transaction has been completed on the price of SEK 11.95 per share.

The sale of shares is split as below:

  •  Claus T. Hansen (via Oliver Invest ApS) 160,000 shares – shares left 3.891.284
  •  Mikkel Lippmann (via Wildcard.DK ApS) 42,000 shares - shares left 1.187,337
  •  Stig Jensen (via Lippa2008 ApS) 50,000 shares, - shares left 521.636
  •  Tine Hertz (via Tine Hertz Holding ApS) 48,000 shares.- shares left 2.546.590

OmniCar’s CEO Claus T. Hansen comments:
”We are pleased to announce this transaction. We have completed the transaction due to several reasons. First it’s important to secure wider spread on the share to secure liquidity and trading volume. Secondly, we believe it’s important to create a wide network of large investors to secure a strong investor network. Finally, we have been very successful with our share spread in Denmark and with this transaction we are increasing our Swedish investor environment significantly.”
