Redeye: Smart Eye - Remains focused & undistracted

Smart Eye has lost a deal in Germany to its competitor but it remains undistracted in its quest. We keep our valuation, for now, but we want to see Smart Eye fight back and we believe there is plenty of opportunities to do so in the many ongoing procurements, most notably in China and Japan.
