Eurocines Vaccines AB flyttas till observationslistan

Med anledning av det pressmeddelande som Eurocines Vaccines AB offentliggjorde idag den 22 oktober 2018 och att Spotlight bedömer att det föreligger en osäkerhet rörande bolagets situation har Spotlight beslutat att flytta bolagets aktie (EUCI) och teckningsoption (EUCI TO 2) till Spotlights observationslista.
Handeln återupptas idag kl. 11.00 på Spotlights observationslista.
Spotlight kommer löpande pröva om det finns förutsättningar att återföra bolagets aktie och teckningsoption till den ordinarie listan.

Eurocine Vaccines AB will be transferred to the observation list
With reference to the press release that Eurocine Vaccines AB published today October 22, 2018 and due to the uncertainty regarding the Company, Spotlight has decided that the shares in Eurocines Vaccines AB (EUCI) and the subscription option (EUCI TO 2) shall be traded on Spotlight’s observation list.
The trading in the share and the subscription option will be resumed at Spotlight’s observation list at 11.00 am today October 22, 2018.
Spotlight will continuously review if there are reasons to remove the company’s shares and subscription option from the observation list.
