Unibail- Rodamco presenterar rekordår i Norden

Igår presenterade Unibail-Rodamco sin årsrapport för 2017 som uppvisade fantastiska resultat. Driftnettot för region Norden visade en like for like tillväxt på +7,6 procent. Försäljningen i Unibail- Rodamcos svenska köpcentrum ökade med +4,6 procent. Det är dubbelt så mycket som företagets konkurrenter och detaljhandelindex.  

I Norden äger och driver Unibail-Rodamco Mall of Scandinavia, Täby Centrum, Nacka Forum, Solna Centrum, Fisketorvet och delvis Jumbo Helsingfors. Samtliga centrum uppvisar ökat besöksantal under 2017, även Solna Centrum trots konkurrensen från Mall of Scandinavia.

─ Vi har under 2017 jobbat otroligt hårt med att trimma våra centrum. Teamen bakom alla våra centrum har gjort ett fantastiskt jobb under året vilket gör att vi nu kan presentera så fina resultat, säger Lars-Åke Tollemark, Managing Director Nordic, Unibail-Rodamco.

2017 års försäljningsökning på +4,6 procent kan dels förklaras av ett antal nya intressanta butikskoncept samt fortsatta framgångar för Mall of Scandinavia.

─ Vi ser ett stort intresse bland nya koncept som vill in i våra centrum. Detta förklaras av att vi helt enkelt har de bästa centrumen. Förra veckan kammade vi hem plats ett, två och tre i Evimetrix utmärkelse ”Stockholmarnas Favoritcentrum” för Mall of Scandinavia, Täby Centrum och Nacka, säger Lars- Åke Tollemark, Managing Director Nordic, Unibail-Rodamco.
