SEFYR VÄRME ÅTERLÖSER SAMTLIGA UTESTÅENDE OBLIGATIONER

SEFYR VÄRME TO REDEEM ALL OUTSTANDING BONDS

Sefyr Värme AB (publ) har beslutat att återlösa samtliga sina utestående obligationer*. Återlösen kommer att ske den 30 juni 2016 med avstämningsdag den 22 juni 2016. Obligationerna kommer i samband med återlösen att avnoteras från NASDAQ OMX Stockholms obligationslista den 20 juni 2016. Beloppet för återlösen kommer att fastställas på återlösendagen.

Sefyr Värme AB (publ) has elected to exercise its option for early redemption in full of its currently outstanding bonds*. Redemption will occur on the early redemption date, 30 June 2016, with record date 22 June 2016. The bonds will, in connection with the redemption, be de-listed from the corporate bond list of NASDAQ OMX Stockholm on 20 June 2016. The redemption amount will be established in connection with the early redemption date.
