Lithuania on Sept 25, 2012

22–February 4, 2013 SEB Bank will have subscription of investment notes. These
investment notes will be issued under Base prospectus which was approved by the
Bank of Lithuania on September 25, 2012, and the Final terms No 20120925/008.
