Change in number of shares outstanding in Sectra during June

Linköping, Sweden, June 30, 2016 – As of June 30, 2016, the number of shares in Sectra AB (STO: SECT B) totals 37,686,105. This means that in June, the number of shares outstanding increased by 182,770.

The change was attributable to a new share issue in connection with the conversion of Sectra’s convertible debenture programs 2011/2016 and 2012/2016.

The number of shares after the change is distributed as follows:

  •  2,620,692 ordinary Class A shares.
  •  35,065,413 ordinary Class B shares.

The Class A share carries ten votes and the Class B share one vote.
