Change in the number of shares outstanding in Sectra during June

The number of Class B shares outstanding in Sectra AB (STO: SECT B) increased 176,039 in June and the total share capital amounted to SEK 37,271,017 million. At June 30, 2014, the number of shares was 37,271,017, of which 2,620,692 were Class A and 34,650,325 Class B.

The change was attributable to employees who converted debentures to shares in Sectra’s 2010/2014 convertible debenture program in an amount corresponding to SEK 6.1 million.
