Sectra publishes Annual Report and Corporate Governance Report for fiscal year 2013/2014
The Swedish version of Sectra AB’s Annual Report for the 2013/2014 fiscal year is now available on Sectra’s (STO: SECT B) website. The English version of the Annual Report will be published on the website www.sectra.com/news on July 3, 2014. The Board of Directors’ Corporate Governance Report for the most recent fiscal year has also been published on www.sectra.com/corporate/investor/corporate_governance/.
The printed version of the Annual Report will be distributed in July to shareholders and other parties who have indicated that they wish to receive printed annual reports from Sectra.
