Move Brings New Technology Jobs to City

Securimate, Inc., the leading enterprise-level third-party management solution for anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance, today announced it has moved its headquarters to 11044 Research Blvd., Suite B-520 in Austin, Texas. The company previously had a satellite office in Austin, located on Bee Cave Road.

“Austin’s burgeoning tech industry with its quality employee base, lower costs, and attractive lifestyle environment give it an advantage over other technology centers such as Silicon Valley,” says Brad Gates, Chief Customer Officer of Securimate. “There’s a compelling case for locating here if you’re a growing technology company. The city has plenty of talented tech workers, and neighborhoods like ours near the Arboretum are rich with amenities such as restaurants, shopping and fitness centers, which help us attract the employees we need to further our high growth.  It’s also centrally located to our current employee base, resulting in shorter commute times and higher employee morale. The fact that we made a number of key hires early on in Austin helped solidify the decision to make it our headquarters location.”

Securimate’s move will bring a number of new jobs to the Austin area, including engineering (PHP programmers), developers, customer success managers, sales engineers and SaaS operations specialists.

Securimate was founded in 2001 as the case management platform for one of the largest business advisory and investigative due diligence companies. The company was commercialized in 2008 and has rapidly grown to be the leading web-based third-party management software. Its multi-lingual cloud and mobile solution supports enterprise compliance, procurement, and financial functions with workflow and detailed analytics to strengthen supply chain initiatives, adhere to the highest data privacy standards, and assure full international regulatory compliance. Customers can seamlessly engage third-parties, calculate compliance risks, automate the initiation, management and retention of data related to due diligence, track training and education, issue legal and compliance documents, track gifts and hospitality expenses, and monitor third-party business activity on an on-going basis.

“In an increasingly complex international legal and regulatory environment, Securimate assures compliance while making it easy and highly efficient,” says Gates. “In the past decade, we’ve seen explosive growth in the demand for third party management software. Multinational enterprises are facing stepped up regulatory issues around the globe, including a myriad of new privacy requirements. Securimate’s third-party management cloud solution enables them to systematically on-board, monitor, and audit their third-party sales channel and supply chain participants cost-effectively, while adhering to data privacy laws and regulations.”
