In accordance with the decision by the annual general meeting of Semcon AB (publ) (“Semcon”) in 2014, the following persons have been appointed as members to the nomination committee:

  • Gabriel Berg, chairman of the nominations committee, JCE Group Aktiebolag
  • Evert Carlsson, Swedbank Robur fonder
  • Frank Larsson, Handelsbanken fonder
  • Kjell Nilsson, chairman of Semcon 

The annual general meeting of Semcon will be held in Gothenburg on Tuesday, 28 April 2015.

Proposals to the nominations committee should be e-mailed to; valberedning@semcon.se. Proposals to the nominations committee have to be received no later than Monday, 2 March 2015.
