Nomination committee Semcon AB (publ)
In accordance with the decision by the annual general meeting of Semcon AB (publ) (“Semcon”) in 2014, the following persons have been appointed as members to the nomination committee:
- Gabriel Berg, chairman of the nominations committee, JCE Group Aktiebolag
- Evert Carlsson, Swedbank Robur fonder
- Frank Larsson, Handelsbanken fonder
- Kjell Nilsson, chairman of Semcon
The annual general meeting of Semcon will be held in Gothenburg on Tuesday, 28 April 2015.
Proposals to the nominations committee should be e-mailed to; valberedning@semcon.se. Proposals to the nominations committee have to be received no later than Monday, 2 March 2015.
