DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln Earns Top TripAdvisor Award
Reviewers on the site have consistently commended the hotel, which only opened at the end of last year, with the highest praise, giving it an overall 4.5 rating.
The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is reserved for establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide.
DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln’s General Manager Philip Walker said: “The hotel has only been open for eight months so we’re especially pleased to receive this major international award.

Only around 10 per cent of accommodation listed on TripAdvisor receives this prestigious award.
To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher out of a possible five. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

In addition to the TripAdvisor award the hotel’s bar & restaurant has also won a top accolade in the Lincolnshire Today Dining Awards. The Electric Bar & Restaurant has won the Gold award in the hotel category.
