Whether you’re a connoisseur or just a lover of fine wine, you’re in for a treat at Wyboston Lakes Hotel, which is hosting a wine tasting evening on Friday 10th June.
Guests at the event will have the opportunity to sample fine Australian and New Zealand Wines and savour tasty food while they dine al fresco. Aficionados can relax and enjoy the event while they learn from an informative wine connoisseur about the wines selected for the evening.
Alasdair Swan, General Manager at Wyboston Lakes Hotel, said: “Our wine tasting evenings are always popular events and should not to be missed! Our guests can indulge in quality wines and good food whilst enjoying the warmer summer weather outdoors (weather permitting!) overlooking our beautiful lake.”
A mouth-watering menu has been created by Executive Chef Fergus Martin for the evening. Guests can choose from a selection of dishes including grilled panache of fish with char-grilled fennel, grilled lamb sausage with sweet potatoes, spiced beef and noodles, a vegetarian option and a choice of pavlova or grilled fruit kebab and ice cream for dessert.
The evening starts at 7.00 pm and tickets are priced at £32.50 per person if booking online or £33.50 per person offline. The event is for over 18s only.
For those who want to enjoy the delicious wines on offer without the worry of having to drive home afterwards, Wyboston Lakes Hotel has an inclusive overnight package available from £116.00 (includes two tickets, double ensuite bedroom and breakfast for two people).
