Logan donations for heart charity top £1,000
News release 28th April 2011Little Logan Whiteley underwent major open heart surgery just 10 days before his first birthday after being diagnosed with Fallots Tetralogy (congenital heart disease) at just six weeks old. Last Thursday (21st April) children, staff and parents at The Old Station Nursery in Waterside South in Lincoln where Logan (two) attends staged a Red Day fundraiser to mark the first anniversary of Logan’s operation and to raise money and awareness for a cause close to their hearts. The event raised £265 for Keep the Beat, a charity which supports the East Midlands
