The pre-audited activity result of Šiauliu Bankas AB and the Bank Group for
2012 year

Šiauliai, Lithuania, 2013-02-11 08:58 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 

According to the pre-audited data Šiauliu bankas AB gained LTL 14.9 million
(EUR 4.3 million) of the net profit during 2012, while the Bank Group earned
LTL 12.9 million (EUR 3.7 million) of the net profit. 

The activity result of the Bank for 2011 comprised LTL 12.8 million (EUR 3.7
million) and the result of Bank Group comprised LTL 13.0 million (EUR 3.8
million) of the net profit. 

The pre-audited financial statements and review of the Bank and the Group’s
performance for the year 2012 are enclosed.
