SIEM INDUSTRIES INC. (the "Company") today announces
that it has purchased 208,048 shares of Siem Shipping
Inc. (OSE Symbol: SSI) in open market transactions at
an average price of NOK41 per share.
Following the purchase, the Company will own
7,297,397 shares of Siem Shipping, or 75.6% of its
issued and outstanding shares.
