Sigma has applied to the Nasdaq OMX Stockholm with a request for delisting in the light that Danir AB holds over 95% of the shares in Sigma.
Nasdaq OMX Stockholm has approved the application and decided that the last trading day of the Sigma B shares on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm is Tuesday, May 21 Sigma is traded under the ticker SIGM B with ISIN SE0000835217.

Danir AB announced in a press release on April 22 that it had reached over 95% of the shares in Sigma by public cash offer from February 2013. Danir has subsequently requested that Sigma's Board will apply for delisting of the company's class B shares from NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Such application has now been sent to NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. The result is slightly lower than the previous year, but adjusted for the number of working days it is better than the same period in 2012, see next column. The result is also burdened by costs related to ongoing offer with SEK 0.9 M. Operating profit excluding these costs amounted to SEK 25.0 (26.3) M and the margin to 7.6% (6.9).
