New date for Sigma's AGM - Preliminary outcome for the first quarter to come - Board of Directors opinion about Danir offer to come

Due to the ongoing bid for Sigma by Danir, the AGM has been moved to 27 May 2013. On 12 April there will be a brief press release with the preliminary outcome for the first quarter 2013. The Board intends to state its opinion of the bid by 22 March 2013 at the latest.

The original date for Sigma's AGM was 25 April, which meant that notice would be sent in March during the time limit for acceptance of Danir's bid when the ownership of Sigma would be unclear. Therefor the AGM have been postponed for about a month and will be held in Malmö on May 27th. Notice of the meeting will be sent out at the end of April.

The Board of Directors has decided to have the CEO of Sigma AB to make a press release on 12 April concerning provisional figures for turnover and operating profit for the Group and for the two business areas in Sigma for the first quarter of 2013. Information will also be available on the Group's net debt at 31 March.

The purpose of the press release is to give all shareholders an up-to-date picture of the Sigma Group's development and position before the time limit for acceptance of the bid elapses on 19 April.

The Board intends to publish its opinion regarding the offer no later than Friday 22 March. In connection with the Board's evaluation of the bid, Evli Bank Corporate Finance AB and Redeye AB have been engaged to provide fairness opinions on the sum of the bid.

Sigma's ordinary and complete interim report will be submitted by the Board of Directors on 25 April, as in the previously announced plan.
