Sigma and IT Factory partner with Cardo Rail

Sigma and IT Factory partner with Cardo Rail Sigma and IT Factory have been contracted to deliver Lotus Notes/Domino solutions to Cardo Rail. The total value of the order amounts to approximately SEK 7 M. The contract includes design, development and implementation of intranet and extranet based on applications and development tools from IT Factory. The contract also covers operation and support of the company's entire Domino environment. "Cardo Rail's globalization and international integration must be supported by a flexible and cost-effective IT infrastructure. The selection of IT Factory's system architecture and applications is intended to give us a homogeneous applications platform and, as a result, lower administration costs and reduced lead times for applications development. Cardo Rail is a business area in the Cardo Group and is actively marketed under the SAB WABCO brand.
