Sigma and Unisys sign framework agreement covering cooperation in consulting services
The new Sigma AB, which is based on the e-solutions business area in the former Sigma Group, has signed a framework agreement with Unisys AB covering cooperation pertaining to consulting services in the fields of system integration, outsourcing, e-business, software and hardware.
The two companies have for some time held discussions relative to various forms of joint projects. They are already cooperating on a local basis in the development of the Sparbanken Finn and Sparbanken Gripen customer programs. The new framework agreement is designed to strengthen Unisys' position in Sweden and to expand Sigma's global presence.
