Sigma signs 5-year outsourcing agreement with Ramirent for delivery of global IT services in 13 countries

Sigma and Ramirent have signed a long-term agreement and under the terms of the agreement Sigma will establish and deliver Group IT Services to support Ramirent’s business in 13 countries. The agreement is valid for 5 years with an extension option.
Sigma has had contracts with Ramirent many years. This agreement is the next step in our companies partnership. Ramirent's goal is to increase the efficiency of the organization while reducing total cost of IT services. Today, IT services are managed locally in each country
Sigma’s assignment is based on a close partnership with a high level of transparency and has been designed to meet Ramirent’s changing business needs and increase effectiveness in the IT delivery over time. The contract is constructed to cover all types of IT deliveries from Sigma and replaces the existing frame agreement between Ramirent and Sigma.
In brief, Sigma’s assignment includes:
- Designing and establishing more than 20 defined IT services
- Readiness to design and establish specific services for local business entities
- Continuously provide additional services when needed, globally and locally
- Roll-out to each country (13 countries)
- Continuous IT services support 24/7
