SIMTRONICS, ORDER IN HAND SIMTRONICS TO DELIVER GAS DETECTION SYSTEM FOR SUBMARINES IN FRANCE

Simtronics Group has through its French subsidiary received a first order of approx. NOK 2,4 million for generic studies and Letter of Intent from DCNS in France for delivery of gas analyzers and gas detectors for submarines to be made by DCNS. 

The general contract, which is scheduled to be signed in September represents a value of approx. NOK 40 million. The contract duration will be 3 years, renewable. 

In average, vessels such as submarines have a life expectancy of 33 years and the general contract will be renewed accordingly. In addition to supplying the physical products and spare parts, Simtronics will also provide studies, technical assistance and training.
