Changes in the Management Board of Skano Group AS

Estonia, Pärnu, 2013-01-21 15:10 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Skano Group AS informs
that the Supervisory Board which was convened on January 21, 2013 has recalled
Mr. Einar Pähkel from the Management Board. 

New Management Board members Mr. Martin Kalle and Mr. Gert Kuus were appointed,
effective as of January 21, 2013. The new Management Board members were
appointed for a period of three years. Mr. Andres Kivistik will continue as the
Chairman of the Management Board. 

Mr. Gert Kuus has served as the development director of Skano Group AS since
the beginning of 2012. Previously he worked as the technical director of
Saint-Gobain Glass Estonia AS (2008-2012). 

Mr. Martin Kalle’s previous experience includes management board membership in
AS Magnum (2009-2012). He was also a CFO in Ehitus Service AS (Bauhof) from
2006-2009 and CFO of PricewaterhouseCoopers AS from 2002-2006. 

Andres Kivistik, Gert Kuus ja Martin do not hold shares of AS Skano Group.
