recalled Mr. Einar Pähkel from the management board of fully controlled
subsidiary Skano Furniture OÜ and apointed Skano Group AS CFO Mr. Martin Kalle
as a new member of the Management Board.
Mr. Andres Kivistik will continue as the Chairman of the Management Board of
Skano Furniture OÜ.
