Last part of Skanska’s operations in Latin America divested

Skanska has divested Skanska Peru to a subsidiary wholly owned by Confipetrol Group, for about USD 25 M, about SEK 210 M. The transaction will be recorded in the Central stream and will not have any material result effect.

Skanska Peru is the last part of former Skanska Latin America to be divested. Earlier this year, Skanska completed its last engineering and construction project in Latin America.

Confipetrol Group is a leading regional provider of asset-integrity, operations and maintenance services, focusing on the oil & gas, mining, power and industrial sectors, with presence in Colombia, Peru and Bolivia.
