Microsoft to lease offices in Skanska’s Campus 6, Bucharest, Romania

Microsoft has leased 23,000 square meters of office space and 500 parking spaces in Skanska’s Campus 6, in Bucharest, Romania. The start date of the lease is in the third quarter of 2020.

At completion, in 2022, the Campus 6 office complex will comprise four buildings that offer a total leasable area of approximately 81,000 square meters. The buildings will be LEED Gold and WELL certified.
