As of April 1, Therese Tegner takes on the role as President for SFS. She succeeds Magnus Paulsson who, after seven years in this position, will move to the U.S. to become President of SFS USA. Nils Lundberg will, in turn, succeed Therese as SFS’ new Head of Project Advisory.

Therese has a thorough legal background and is today, as Head of Project Advisory, responsible for guarantees, insurances and project financing.

Magnus Paulsson will succeed Nils Lindstedt who wants to move back to Sweden. Nils’ last day in the U.S. is May 31.

Nils Lundberg will become the new Head of Project Advisory within SFS. Nils has worked at SFS since 1999, whereof five years in the U.S. Nils has a background within project financing and structured finance. Nils starts his new position on February 9.

The changes implies that Nils Lundberg, as of this summer, will become a member of SFS’ management team; replacing Nils Lindstedt. Therese Tegner and Magnus Paulsson are naturally both still part of the management team.

Peter Wallin, Executive Vice President and CFO, Skanska AB:

I am happy to welcome Therese Tegener as new President SFS. She has successfully led the Project advisory teams which are involved in Skanska’s largest and most complex projects. I am also very happy that Magnus, with all his experience, moves to the U.S. – a market that continues to grow in importance for Skanska and where SFS can contribute significantly. During his time, Magnus has developed SFS to a talent factory and increased the integration with the business operations, which is vital in times of financial uncertainty.”
