Nomination Committee proposes Catherine Marcus as a new Board member

The Nomination Committee of Skanska AB proposes the election of Catherine Marcus as a new Board member at the Annual General Meeting on April 4, 2017. The Committee also proposes re-election of all current Board members. The Board is thus proposed to be extended from eight to nine members. The Nomination Committee’s complete proposal will be published in connection with Notice of the Annual General Meeting.

Catherine Marcus is since 2015 the Global Chief Operating Officer at PGIM Real Estate (formerly Prudential Real Estate Investors), the global real estate investment business of Prudential Financial, Inc. Catherine Marcus has extensive experience in real estate investment management and development in the US, including holding senior portfolio management assignments. She has a master's degree from New York University in Real Estate Investment and Development as well as a bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Pennsylvania.
