Skanska invests EUR 27M, about SEK 260M in the office project Praga Studios in Prague, Czech Republic. The seven-floor building will offer a total leasable area of about 12,000 square meters.

Praga Studios is located in Karlín, a dynamically developing district of Prague. It will not only be a modern business center, but also offer the public a venue for various cultural and social events. In addition to office spaces, the building will include a spacious, publicly accessible atrium.

Praga Studios is expected to receive LEED Platinum and WELL certifications. LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) focuses on energy consumption and sustainable materials selection, while WELL is based on how the built environment affects people.
